Resident Bill of Rights - Your rights and duties under the law.

Application for Residency - At least one person 18 years or older per household must fill out this application and submit it to the Office for approval.

Application for Additional Occupant - Each person who is 18 years or older in a household who does not wish to fill out an Application for Residency must fill out an Application for Additional Occupant.

Lease Agreement - You may fill out a Lease Agreement yearly. If you choose not to, your tenancy reverts to month-to-month.

Animal Agreement - For each animal in your household, we must have an agreement signed and on file.

Intent to Sell Form - Each homeowner who wishes to sell their home must fill out and Intent to Sell form and drop it off at the Office. Once we receive it, we will do an exterior home inspection and submit the results to you.

Emergency Information Form - We are required to have contact information for each household member on file, including Fido & Fluffy.

Complaint Form - If you have a complaint, please fill out this form, sign it, and drop it off at the Office and we’ll get right on it.

Plot Plan Form - If you’re wishing to make and changes to the outside of your home, you must submit a plan in writing to the Office for approval prior to the start of work. You can attach your plan to this HCD form.

RV Storage Agreement - We offer limited paid monthly storage for your vehicle or RV. You can check with the Office to see if we have any slots available, and if so, you can fill out and submit this form.

Clubhouse Agreement - Residents may rent the Clubhouse for events. Contact the Office for availability and to book your event.

Pool Rules - Residents must sign and abide by the Pool Agreement as part of the Lease Packet when they move in. Here’s a short refresher of the Rules and Regs governing the pools and adjacent common areas.
