kearney lodge-then & now

Kearney Lodge was planned in 1963, the brainchild of several partnered families. It originally held 300 spaces comprised of 200 family spaces and 100 50+ spaces. We now have 325 homes and are an all-ages Park. We boast an on-site management team comprised of Taylor Coleman and Elise Resnick, Managers, Cheryl Gowdy, Office Admin, Dini Aune, Grounds Admin, Mary Jo Cox, Grounds veteran, and Khy Delgadillo, Maintenance.

We have 2 pools and a kiddie wading pool, 2 laundry rooms, a shuffleboard court, , dog walk, rv storage, and more. We’re close to schools, shopping, hospitals—and the beach is 15 minutes away via any of the highways close to us.

We have a vibrant and involved community and our climate and congenial, friendly management are still our biggest assets all these years later!
