Kearney Lodge has 2 different applications: the Application for Residency and the Application for Additional Occupant.

Each adult 18 years or older must fill out their own application for Residency or Additional Occupant Status. Minors under 18 can be added to the MINORS section of the Residency application.

At least one adult must fill out an Application for Residency and be approved to purchase a home in the Park. For those adults who may not qualify on their own, we suggest you fill out the Application for Additional Occupant.

The minimum monthly financial requirements for the Application for Residency are 3 times the monthly space rent. We do not allow households to combine income to fulfill this minimum requirement.

The Rules and Regulations are part of the application process (you can keep your copy-we have plenty!). Please read through them to make sure you agree and can follow the Rules and Regulations of the Park before you apply. Do you enjoy driving really fast to and from home? Do you have a pack of large dogs? Love blaring your music all day and partying all night? If you answered yes to any of these questions, Kearney Lodge might not be a good fit for you.

Please make sure to carefully read and fill out all the fields on your application. Any incomplete applications will face a processing delay until the information has been provided. And don’t forget to add the requested attachments!
